CAR GOES OFF HIGHWAY – ROLLS OVER INTO DITCH

Elyria Township – A Cleveland woman received only minor injuries after she crashed on I-90 near Middle Ridge Road Sunday afternoon.

Trooper JP Toth of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said Jessie San of Cleveland was traveling east on I-90 when the crash occurred. “She was attempting to make a lane change and didn’t see a car beside her in her blind spot – she cut back, lost control and over-corrected.”

San then shot across both lanes of traffic before going off the right side of the roadway where she rolled her 2003 Honda before coming to rest on its roof.

Elyria Township Firefighters treated San, who had already gotten out of the car, before transporting her to Elyria Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

Toth said San was charged with Failure to Control.
