VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – WILL YOU ANSWER THE CALL?

The Lorain County Office of Emergency Management Agency and Homeland Security is seeking members of the community who would be interested in volunteering before, during and after a disaster.  

Some examples would include: people who would like to join our Community Emergency Response Team, Medical Reserve Corp., The Lorain County Red Cross, 4-wheel drive vehicle operators, snow mobile drivers, people with CDL licenses, chain saw operators, heavy equipment operators, clerical help, or any business that may have resources that could be used during a disasters. 

All volunteers must be over 18 years old.  We will be registering all volunteers on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 from 7:00-9:00p.m. at the Volunteer Reception Center located at the New Russia Township Garage, 45440 Butternut Ridge Road, Oberlin OH  44074.
