Was the use of taser in this incident really necessary? Seems she was most upset because a male officer was working with her while female stood by. Perhaps she would not have been so upset if he would have ceased ordering her and allowed the female officer to handle it. I do not think this women was a threat to the officer. She should not have been tasered.

She wasn't being searched, there's no reason a male shouldn't have been able to handle her. I would have just used the back of my hand.

The woman is a dispatcher not a police officer. She is only there to witness how the prisoner is handled. The woman is a disaster of a human being and has a significant criminal background.

I do agree that bad things can happen when alcohol is involved. And regardless of someones opinion on whether or not a person is a "disaster of a human being" this woman was handcuffed, in a controlled environment and surrounded by (at least 3) people. The use of that taser was not necessary. Call it either poor judgement or abuse of power it was still wrong.

The use of taser was fine. Sheesh, it's not a gun and she was beligerent. If it wasn't a taser I'd use the back of my hand, too. This society is quickly becoming a society of touchy, feely, wusses.
