"MEGA MILLIONS" BREAKS RECORD

The Mega Millions jackpot has been increased to a record-breaking $370 million for tonight’s drawing – making it the highest jackpot in U.S. lottery history. Mardele Cohen, Director of the Ohio Lottery Communications said that brisk sales throughout all 12 Mega Millions member states allowed for the jackpot boost. The jackpot’s estimated cash value is $221.1 million.

The Ohio Lottery has had 10 jackpot winners since the Mega Millions game debuted May 15, 2002.
