ABBE ROAD CRASH

A two-car crash on North Abbe Road near the Finwood Estate sent two people to the hospital and tied up traffic in both directions for about an hour.

Elyria Firefighters and LifeCare Ambulance Paramedics treated victims from the crash while Elyria Police shut down all four lanes of traffic due to the large amount of debris from the crash. LifeCare transported both victims to Elyria Memorial Hospital for evaluation.

Elyria Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
