4 CAR CRASH ON 57
REAR-ENDER SENDS TWO TO EMH - A BABY TOO

Michael Bridge, Supervisor at LifeCare Ambulance, said that none of the injuries were life threatening. “We are transporting two adults who were injured and we will be transporting the infant with the father so they can stay together.”
The first three cars were stopped at the traffic light when car number 4 struck car number three and so on and so forth, the domino effect. The drivers of cars one and two both refused treatment or transport.
Firefighters and Paramedics were kept busy going from car to car checking on all the people involved, Lieutenant Szabo said that everyone did a great job tending to all the victims. “This is exactly how we like to see a scene run.”
The Elyria Police Department is investigating the crash.
