CRASH ON LAKE AT CASCADE ST

Elyria – A two car crash on Lake Ave at Cascade Street sent two people to the hospital with minor injuries Thursday afternoon.

Police say that Darrell Bugg was traveling east on Lake Ave in his 1991 Cadillac when he attempted to make a left turn onto Cascade Street. Bugg failed to observed Todd Gibson traveling west on Lake in his 1999 Buick Century and made a left turn striking the Century.

LifeCare Paramedics and Elyria Firefighters treated two people on scene before they were transported to Elyria Memorial Hospital for further evaluation.

Police charged Bugg with Failure to Yield a Left Turn.
