TMC NEWS WEATHER ALERT
The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY for North Central and North East Ohio. The advisory is in effect from midnight tonight until Noon on Sunday.
A mix of freezing rain and sleet will develop tonight and linger through the morning hours. Temperatures tonight through tomorrow morning will be at or slightly below freezing, meaning that there will be several hours where ice will accumulate.
A glaze of ice on untreated surfaces will be likely by early morning. Temperatures will rebound above freezing by midday Sunday and precipitation will change over to rain after 12 p.m.
If you have travel plans late tonight be prepared for wintry travel conditions.
