CAR SWERVES TO MISS DEER
CRASHES IN RAVINE
A teen driving west on Route 113 near Grobes Farm told the State Patrol that he swerved to miss striking a deer but then crashed his car.
The car went off the right side of the road striking a guardrail, spinning around and coming to rest in a ravine. Although the car suffered major damage the juvenile said he was not injured. State Patrol said that the driver was driving at a high rate of speed and over corrected when he lost control of his car before crashing.
The driver has been charged with Failure to Control, Underage Consumption and Driving Under the Influence.

This is exactly why people need to stop contributing to minors! Yeah, he swerved to hit a deer but may have had better control of the vehicle if not have been under the influence of alcohol.
Yes I totally agree, His parents could have been having to make funeral arrangements for him. All though he wasn't considered 'drunk' he still had it in his system.
Deer or no Deer, The alcohol was a factor. & whomever gave it to him, I hope you are Happy with your self.
You better be glad he didn't have any passengers, they way the car looks, passengers would have been killed. Could you have been able to live with yourself? STOP SUPPLYING ALCOHOL to minors!!!
It's not the people supplying alcohols fault. and if he wasnt "drunk" than no it wasn't a factor. It's just becuase when your going 60 and a deer hops out in front of you you don't really think that well.
Well he's not 21, & someone DID supply alcohol to him!!!
That's true about the deer, you can't help if they run out in front of you.
That's why Whomever contributes to Minors better think about what they are doing, what do you get out of it? A couple of extra bucks in your pocket for ripping these kids off?
It's a proven fact that Alcohol does impair the mind, so maybe if he wouldn't of had it in his system he would of been able to think more clearly about the situation.
He'll be facing the Judge soon enough & hopefully it'll come out of whom supplied the Alcohol. Then 'maybe' he or she will have his or her day in court.. You tell the Judge it's not the suppliers fault!!!!! If a kid ask you to buy them alcohol JUST SAY NO!!!!!
