WINTER WEATHER ALERT
The National Weather Services has issued the following *Snow Advisory* for Lorain County:

A lake effect snow advisory remains in effect until 6 am Friday. Snow showers will develop during the early morning hours Thursday and accumulate an inch or two, mainly across the northern part of the county. Snow showers will be locally heavy at times Thursday into Thursday night.

Snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches can be expected Thursday with an additional 1 to 2 inches Thursday night. The heaviest snow will be across the northern part of Lorain County. In lake effect snow the weather can vary from locally heavy snow in narrow bands to clear skies just a few miles away. If you will be traveling across the region be prepared for rapid changes in road and visibility conditions.
