I-90 ROLLOVER SENDS 4 TO HOSPITAL

Sheffield Village – A single car rollover crash on I-90 sent four people to the hospital.

Chief Jeff Young of the Sheffield Village Fire Department said that none of the four victims had serious injuries. “They were all out of the car when we arrived and nobody complained of any serious injuries. We ended up transporting, with the help of Avon Fire Department, all four to Avon Emergency Care Center.” Young said that the Rodeo rolled a couple times before coming to rest in the median and that all the occupants were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.

Captain Bliss of the Sheffield Village Police Department said that the Rodeo was traveling eastbound on I-90 when, according to the driver and occupants, they were forced off the highway. “I have spoken to several witnesses who corroborate their claims that they were forced off of the road.”

The eastbound lanes were closed down for a short amount of time as the team from Steve’s Towing moved quickly to remove the vehicle from the median.
