CRASH ON LAGRANGE ROAD

A single car crash on LaGrange Road in Carlisle Township Tuesday night left one man trapped inside of his Ford Escort in a ditch.

Carlisle Township Firefighters had to pull the roof off the Escort to free the man fearing if they had the victims could have sustained further injuries to his spine. Extrication took less then 10 minutes when the victim was turned over to Paramedics from Central Lorain County Ambulance District who transported him to Elyria Memorial. The victim was later flown to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.

Me and my friend were witnesses to the crash, there was no twist or turns the way he was comming it was a stright shot.
and if he wouldent of went in to the ditch he would of hit me and my friend head on and probley killed us both.
I want to know if he was drunk when he was driving.
