HAVE YOU SEEN THIS TRUCK?

Milan - The Milan Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is seeking public assistance in locating a truck involved in a fatal crash that occurred on the Ohio Turnpike at milepost 124 on June 20, 2010 at 11:55 a.m.

The crash involved a westbound pickup truck pulling a trailer. The trailer lost a tire and the tire bounced over the median wall striking an eastbound vehicle. The driver of the eastbound vehicle received fatal injuries as a result of the impact with the tire.

These photos of the vehicle were taken as it left the Toll Booths at Exit 118 (US250 Norwalk/Sandusky).
