CRASH & GRAB TRUCK FOUND

Elyria – The truck used to crash into Stewart Appliances early Friday morning was found Friday evening parked in a driveway on Pasadena.

Police say that the homeowners returned home Friday evening after being away visiting family and found a strange pickup truck parked in their driveway in the 200 block of Pasadena. The truck, still with pieces of shattered glass on the back of the truck, had signs of being stolen. The driver’s side door lock had been punched out and the steering column was stripped.

Although plenty of shattered glass was found, the TV was not in the bed of the truck. Police had the truck towed to their Department for processing.
