8-YEAR-OLD DIES OF GUNSHOT WOUND
According to a MetroHealth Medical Center Spokesperson, 8-year-old Najia Boone succumbed to injures sustained after being shot in the head on Sunday afternoon after a brief struggle with her brother with a handgun. Boone died just after 9 Tuesday morning.

stinks to read things like this.. it sucks the kid got ahold of the gun from the beginning... prayers go out to the brother and family
Joanne said- My personal thoughts are with the brother who will carry the memories of that horrible day the rest of his life. He is the one who needs our sympathy and prayers. I have one question that keeps popping into my head,"where were the adults who are suppose to watch over their children" and how could such a young child have access to a loaded gun?? I am a gun owner and and mine are locked up in safe where no one has access to. The real tradegy of the who matter is the loss of a innocent young girl who hasn't even begun to live her lifee , what a shame..
