The United States Department of Defense has reported that four United States Soldiers died Sunday while patrolling a southern Baghdad neighborhood.
A fifth Soldier was wounded in the attack that occurred about 10PM (3PM ET) when an Improvised Explosive Device hit the Soldiers vehicle.
The death of the four Soldiers brings the overall American death toll to 4,000 since the war began 5 years ago.
