The question I think though is which one pulled the trigger on Dave. Only one man was able to pull the trigger and none of these 3 men are charged with murder. So how can it be said that these 3 are related to Dave's murder?

No the answer to this is not that they all should fry but rather the one pulled the trigger should be held accountable and the others charged with complicity. By frying all 3 of these men for one trigger being pulled is wrong. These are young men who may have gone down the wrong path in thier lives and just need help to get on the right path. By just putting them in jail I believe will just turn them more into animals if they do not recieve the help they need.
