SEMI SLAMS INTO CAR

One man was taken to Elyria Memorial Hospital this afternoon after his Park Ave is T-boned by a semi at West River and Second Street. LifeCare Ambulance Paramedics and Elyria Firefighters treated the driver of the Park Ave for injuries that could have been much worse. The collision smashed in the driver’s side of the Park Ave flattening two tires, somehow the driver was able to extricate himself from his car with only minor injuries.

The crash is being investigated by the Elyria Police Department.
