VICTIM FLOWN FROM 301 CRASH

LaGrange – One man was injured and flown to MetroHealth early this morning after a two car crash on Route 301 near Parsons Road.

Troopers say that Patrick Wood was traveling south on Route 301 around 6:30 a.m. when Edward Dobos ran stop sign at Parsons Road and struck Wood’s Ford Focus with his SUV.

LaGrange Township Firefighters and Paramedics treated Wood at the scene and then with the help of Carlisle Township Fire they landed Metro LifeFlight at the scene. Wood was then flown to Cleveland where he was treated and released a short time later.

The crash remains under investigation.
