Elyria – Police arrested three Elyria teens after they were found in a stolen car on North Abbe Road early Sunday morning.

Police were responding to 755 N. Abbe Road at 12:56 a.m. Sunday after being notified of a burglary at the home. While on their way they were informed that a 2000 black Pontiac Bonneville had also been taken from the residence.

Officers began checking the area for the vehicle and while on the way to the home one Officer spotted the car sitting in the parking lot of Circle K on North Abbe and Bon-Air. The Officer pulled into the lot and parked behind the vehicle. The Officer observed a female in the driver’s seat and a black male in the front passenger seat.

While conducting a “felony stop” on the vehicle the Officer saw a black male exiting Circle K and walking towards the car. The male looked at the Officer and turned around and walked around the building on Bon-Air.
