CAR DEALER'S SON CRASHES LEXUS

Amherst Police, in an initial report, state that the driver, Daren Abraham, was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol. Additional problems followed during the arrest of Abraham and additional charges were added accordingly.
Daren Abraham was arrested and charged with, OVI, State Refusal, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct Intox, Reckless Operation and Safety Belt.

A single car crash on Middle Ridge Road in Amherst early Sunday morning took out power in much of the surrounding area.
A white Lexus, sporting dealer plates, driven by the son of car dealer Arch Abraham took out an electric pole on Middle Ridge Road at Elyria Ave. Along with Abraham’s son there were two female passengers, none complained of injuries at the scene. Abraham was at the scene moments after the crash and could be heard yelling at his son who was sitting in the back of an Amherst Police car. A neighbor who heard the crash described the scene for us from the time of the crash. “When I heard the crash I first thought it was someone breaking into my home. Then when I looked out of my window I saw the car in my yard under my tree. I stepped outside and I could hear the driver, the guy, yelling on his cell phone, I’m not sure who he was talking to but he just kept yelling -- someone cut me off, someone cut me off – I’m just glad that I was inside the house and not coming home from work. This is scary when it comes right into your front yard.”

Everyone who reads this please realize that not all Abrahams are as stupid and stuck up as daren.To answer the question of daren growing up the answer is NO!!! His daddy gets him out of everything.He is a daddys boy.
DAREN SHOULD HAVE TO SPEND SOME TIME IN JAIL AND MAYBE THEN HE WILL LEARN. DADDY NEEDS TO LET HIS BOY PAY FOR HIS OWN MISTAKES.

Looks like we have just heard from Daren himself. Thinking that just because his father gives him new cars to drive around makes him a better person then others. In fact it only teaches him a poor lesson in that he can drive irresponsibly and put others lives at risk with no fear that his well to do family will back him. This young man did this once before and tried to flee the scene. Anyone can look at his record on the courts website. To his friends wasting their time criticizing what people write on here, not to mention the website, maybe your time would be better spent helping your friend with his obvious problem.

Everyone needs to look in the mirror and ask themselves if they have ever made a mistake or if they have a perfect driving record. Im sure alot of you have problems of your own that you need to deal with. I bet half of the people that made these comments have driven under the influence and just havent got caught yet. Its easy to point out others flaws. Its alot harder to look at yourself and find your own flaws. So stop wasting your time handing out jail terms and attacking the poor kid. Worry about your own lives. The Justice system will give him his punishment.
Sounds like all the angles add up to the same answer. what he did was irresponsible and if his father can get him out of it then oh well. but no one should make excuses for someone putting other peoples lives at risk. he did wrong and if it was your family members at risk, you would indeed be angry that he was getting off with a hand slap. money or not, no one should be above the law. daddy may have worked for his money, but is that enough reason to not hold people accountable for their illegal actions? no. to all you anonymous posters, grow some balls and stop shooting your mouths off. if you can honestly say you think he should not be held accountable for this, then I would hope one day you would be lucky enough to be involved in the same situation and just maybe improve the world gene pool by dying before you had a chance to reproduce ignorant children too. oops, was that too harsh, no i think it was just right.
This is the first time at this web site for me.I have known the Abrahams for Many years and yes Daren made a mistake im sure he will pay for it.And as for his dad helping him out thats great .correct me if im wroung but isnt family soppose to help each other out.I now i would do the same for my son.I can tel there is alot of haters out there maybe its the fact you dont have $$$ well life goes on.Seems that there is alot of people posting but dont have the balls to put name?.There must be a reseason for that maybe hiding something yourself.

i just want to say that i personally have had my share of fights with daren but in the end he is a good kid and hopefully he will learn from this...he has a lot going for him and he needs to realize that.
So Daren has alot to learn still but if I got in trouble and my family could help I sure they would. So don't hate the guy his dad loves him and wants to keep him out of trouble, anyone who has kids would do the same thing, but daren does need to put his head on straight because you can only get out of so much trouble,
