Just fill out the form on this site and click the submit button. You will then receive a confirmation Email with a special CODE and a link to the Discount EMS Supply website where you will securely pay for your registration.
IN PERSON ANYTIME @ The Elyria Police Station 18 West Ave. Elyria, Ohio
You will find a box inside of the Elyria Police Station Lobby where you can drop off your form and payment for the K5K.

Thank you James Kerstetter, for serving our City with honor and pride. God bless his family and friends who have had to go forward in life without him beside them. But know, he is watching from above and someday you will be together again.
