MAN CRASHES ON BRIAR LAKE

Elyria – An Elyria man had to be flown to Metro Sunday after he crashed his motorcycle near the dead end of Briar Lake off North Abbe Road.
Police say that 39 year old Ceasare Hollis of Elyria lost control of his 1998 Honda just before 5 p.m. Sunday causing him to go off the road where he was ejected from the bike as it rolled over.
LifeCare Paramedics treated and transported Hollis to Elyria Memorial Hospital where he was later flown to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland with head, neck and arm injuries. Hollis was also complaining of chest pains at the scene according to witnesses.
Hollis has been charged with Reasonable Control and Riding a Motorcycle without a License. Police also believe that alcohol was a factor in the crash and additional charges are possible.
