MAN FOUND STABBED IN LORAIN

Lorain – Lorain Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred on East 30th Street in Lorain Thursday afternoon.

Police and Paramedics found a man, believed to be in his 30’s, with multiple stab wounds in an upstairs apartment at 1888 E. 30th Street. Neighbors say that they saw a lot of blood as LifeCare Paramedics brought they man they know as, Deaf Eric, out of the home.

Dominic Fracchione has known the victim since he was a little kid running around the neighborhood. “Eric is the kind of guy who pretty much just keeps to himself really. Every now and then he would go out and party a little and get loud but nothing violent or bad.” Fracchione said that nobody in the neighborhood knows what happened to Eric at this point but he says he feels sorry for him. “I would hate to find out that someone did this to him, I mean either way it is horrible but Eric never did anything bad to anyone around here.”

The Lorain Police Department is investigating the incident.
