KIDS TRAPPED IN HOUSE BY BEES

EXCLUSIVE ON TMC NEWS

Elyria Township Fire Department responded to a home on Elmwood this afternoon just after 3pm for a report of children trapped in a house by a swarm of bees. The Firefighters found children in an upstairs bedroom unable to get downstairs due to hundreds of bees that had entered the house through a small hole in the back of the house. Firefighters put up a ladder and rescued the children through the bedroom window. After checking the children out in the ambulance the children were released at the scene. Sources say that officials were trying to contact a bee-keeper to come scoot the bees out of the house.
